[He snickers, a slightly unhinged little laugh, and it's clear that aside from the deathly pale skin and too-dark glint of his eyes there is something seriously Not Right about him. You may have seen him in the hallways earlier, he was skulking around for a few hours before deciding to post something.]

But anyway. I'm getting a very...Jason X vibe here. Maybe Alien: Resurrection. It's interesting. Kinda cool. Dark. I like it.

[Evil leans back in the chair, as relaxed as a tiger stalking its prey from afar, and smirks. Behind him you can see a room that looks almost stereotypically "nerdy teenage boy"; movie posters from just about every horror movie known to man paper the walls, interspersed with ones for various video games and the occasional map or hand-drawn attempt. The only thing that doesn't quite seem to fit is the large wooden crate stuck in the middle of the room.]

Chuckles, you out there? Because if this is some kind of fucked up newbie hunter joke I am so gonna kill you. And it's gonna be messy as fuck.

[ When he bites her, she whimpers, more startled than she should be, but recovers quickly as the paralysis takes over. All of her senses are on alert for any sign that this might be too much for her, but Ed isn't there yet, though it probably won't take him long. ]

[Ed licks and sucks and gulps greedily as the blood flows, shifting and tightening his grip to keep her close as the flow changes, periodically tearing at the holes in an attempt to keep it flowing freely. He hums and rumbles now and again as he feeds, maybe an attempt to reassure, maybe just a show of his enjoyment of the process, but more than likely it's some combination of the two.]

[ No matter how weak she's getting, and how much she wants to let go, Lua's a little too stiff as Ed holds onto her. She can't let herself think about it, just keep track of how much more she can take, and eyes stay wide open and and her head turned away from his face.

She winces and jerks further away when he tears at her for more. She doesn't know how she's supposed to respond to him, and since he's so absorbed in feeding, it doesn't matter, does it? If it's coming that slowly, that means she should stop, right?

Right as she starts to slouch forward, she presses her hand down on his arm to tell him no, that's enough. ]

[He registers her movements, no matter how slight, in fact only tightens his grip on her when she tries to pull away, growling quietly; it should have been his sign to begin with, he'll reflect later, but in the moment it's only resistance, prey fighting back, and the instinct is to quash, subdue.

The slight change in pressure and posture, stiff to almost boneless with the added urging contact, proves to be enough, however, even if it takes him another few seconds to register it properly. Ed whines in protest, but he pulls back with minimal actual fuss, just laves the surface with a catlike tongue until he's satisfied that he's removed every speck of blood; a useful side effect will kick-start the healing process and cut down on overall heal time.]

See? Told you; not a ghoul.

[...A sentiment which might have been more encouraging if he weren't currently licking his lips to get the rest of her blood.]

[ If Ed lets go of her, it'll take as much strength as she has not to hit the floor. Her body hasn't caught up with her brain until now, didn't know what happened, and it's only when she looks at his face and sees him finishing off the last bit she starts to shake. ]

Yeah. You got it?

[Fortunately for her, he doesn't let go, not yet anyway; he can feel how weak she is, and it's not really in his best interest to just let her drop. His fangs are gone now, and aside from his pallor he could easily pass for just another teenager.]

Mmm. Feeling a lot better now, thanks.

[ She nods a flutter of a nod and smiles a wan, relieved smile, then turns her head to look a little more at him. This is pretty important, Ed, but she's not going to make it sound like life and death. ]

Need you to do something, all right?

[He gives her a quizzical look, head tilted in a silent question.]

Depends. What is it?

Need you to try and blend in. Can't feed you all the time, all right?

[ She looks away a bit in a kind of submission as she says it. This could insult him, yeah, but if she plays it right it'll sound like she's just dumb instead of trying to hurt him. ]

[And that gains an eyeroll; really?]

Fine. I think I'm supposed to wait in between anyway.

[Wouldn't want to make her like him right off the bat, right? Not much point in using her for snacks after that.]

Yeah? You been like this long? [ He thinks? That's not too good. ]

[A shrug.]

Long enough. ...Why?

[ "Long enough" is like "old enough". ]

Just sounds like a lot you don't know yet. But you know when's enough, right? [ Again, appeasing. ]

[Pretty much. Just add "to party" after it and he's virtually a walking cliche.]

[ She flicks her eyes up at him in agreement. ]
